UK Biobank at the American Society of Human Genetics event in Washington, 1-5 November 2023

UK Biobank at ASHG 2023, Washington, 2 November

UK Biobank presented at the annual American Society of Human Genetics conference on a stimulating series of talks about how UK Biobank, a large-scale biomedical database and research resource, is enabling scientific discoveries into the genetic and non-genetic determinants of human disease.

Presentations focused on how data on genomics, and the rich health and lifestyle data in UK Biobank are enabling research to advance our understanding of the treatment and prevention of disease. With the highly anticipated data release of half a million UK Biobank participants discussed in detail.

Presentations also covered how UK Biobank’s unique access model can enable your research goals through accessing over 25 petabytes of data in the cloud from anywhere in the world via the UK Biobank Research Analysis Platform (UKB-RAP).
