Lay summary
Aging process is a complex and heterogeneous process that require a multifarious method of studying it. In order to accurately predict a person's age and answer the question of why some people age successfully while others develop illnesses, we need study the different biological aspects of an individual. Our focus is to study the brain and how it relates to genetic and cognitive measures across the adult lifespan. There is a lack of studies looking at an integrated model of brain organization across the adult lifespan. This project may be informative to clinical practice and longevity therapeutics.
